In both pictures I was in the same grossly lit bathroom that is about as bright as a cave with my Nikon set at:
ISO 6400 (eeks!)
f/ 2.8
SS 1/125
ZERO editing done to both & look at the difference! The cast in the first one makes me cringe! The second one isn’t an awesome pic or anything but you can see how the light is so different! When the light is tricky or nasty like it is in Garrett’s bathroom, a gray card is the way to go!
Photogs: Do you mainly use gray cards inside or outside, too?
