I love getting to see kids grow up while working with the same families overtime. I met Max & Ronin when they were wee ones…newborns! Now they are almost two & so different! Shaina & Doug – I get so excited when I hear from you each time because I love your family so much. And Vianna was a dream! Such a sweet girl & amazing helper…thank you V!

here we are… a little more than a year later than the last donut session & i still love this family & i still have a blast with them & they still got donuts for being super star picture takers 🙂
christopher, andrew & emily are hilarious. we had so much fun playing with fart machines & blaming it on innocent passerbys (namely their dad) hehe. And they invited me to jump on their trampoline which was really fun…even with a camera in my hand! I could have stayed all day!Thank you thank you for coming back to me for your pictures this year…you know how much I love you guys (I hope!) but I have to say it again here anyway to reiterate just how awesome I think yall are!
sweet izzy. i have had the privilege of photographing her & her family SEVEN times. i am so so lucky. words can’t express how much i love this family! they are funny, cute, loving & awesome….they keep me laughing the whole time (i’m not kidding!) & somehow they ALWAYS make me feel like i am actually a part of the family when we’re together! 🙂 they have beautiful spirits & huge hearts.
becky & jacob: you have no idea how much your support & loyalty mean to me! i love the time i have with your family & it doesn’t feel like work at all…just pure fun. i love the age that izzy is right now…i felt like her & i are little buddies now! i even know all about her boyfriends & stuff 😉
so first we took a trip to old katy for some casual portraits…then loaded up to head back to the house for some baking & book reading!
i am so happy we did this lifestyle portion at your home. i loved the little glimpse into your day to day life & had a smile on my face the whole time i was shooting! i was seriously cracking up because you guys are so awesome…i LOVED the lessons about real vanilla vs imitation & the “secret ingredient” LOVE. precious! i wish i had video of that segment so izzy could look back & see how awesome her parents are/were! i feel like the pictures tell such a story & i love that.
i love & appreciate when my clients come back to me! it means so much to me. i love getting to know families & watching them grow. i photographed this little peanut when he was about a week old & now he is ONE! i just love neil. he is sooo bubbly & full of personality. he is calm, happy & easy going….i know where he gets it from (those awesome parents of his)! neil, i will never forget how you DEVOURED that cupcake. it was incredible! you are officially the champion & consider that a huge title coming from someone who has has lots of experience watching one year olds eating cake! it was hilarious. you are AWESOME! (high fives).
