texan for a week. hospital newborn shoot

this is phoebe. the brand new little sister to oliver and charley…two of the coolest dudes i know. phoebe was a texan for a week and then packed up and moved away to become a philadelphian…which makes me SO sad because i will truly miss this family. i could listen to charley talk all day and oliver’s smile lights up the room. phoebe is ADORABLE…and now all of these cuties live in PHILADELPHIA! waaah. Horan fam – you will be missed so much! Texas won’t be the same without you guys. It has been so nice working with you. Bram + Jess. CONGRATS – Phoebe is so perfect. xx

skeptical baby. houston lifestyle newborn session

Alexander (Newborn)-30This was such a fun session! I loved meeting Rebecca and Justin. At one point I said – I think Alexander isn’t sure about me…he’s giving me a look of skepticism! They told me that’s what they call him – “Skeptical baby.” Haha. I love it! I loved Duncan and Mr. Whiskers too. They were too cute and always right in the middle of it all. I am so excited to see you guys again in a few months. Thank you so much for hiring me to take Alexander’s first photos! xx

baby elijah isn’t really a “baby” anymore as he has been promoted to BIG brother status. i am so lucky to have been able to take part in both boys newborn sessions and lots in between. i love this family and couldn’t think of anyone i’d like to spend uumm…about eight hours with more! ezra gave us a run for our money at first but then it was smooth sailing from there. he is PRECIOUS! and he looks so different from his adorable big brother. it’s so fun to be able to go back and compare newborn photos of the two boys. thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me the opportunity to capture these special times. i love you tapick fam!Untitled-1

Pamela - Too adorable Kelly! I love his little lips and that stripped blanket with matching hat!

Iris - What precious photographs, Kelly. I am sure the family will cherish them for years to come. Just look at those folded hands – too cute.

Thank you for your continued inspiration.
